Please sign the petition...On April 1st, sick and dying Canadians will lose access to a cheap and effective medicine which they can produce in their own home. Patients who have been legally growing their own cannabis medicine at home are being told to throw away their home-grown cannabis, to dismantle their home gardens, and to only buy their medicine by mail-order from one of the newly licensed companies. Thousands of patients across Canada will be forced into bankruptcy because of the new high prices for a medicine they had been producing at home for pennies. We are calling upon the federal government to allow patients to keep growing their own medicinal cannabis safely at home, as they have been doing for years.
