Please take a minute to read this! For all of those who actually read my posts know that on a personal level we have had a pretty rough year BUT I never lost faith that one day things would turn around for the better. Well for the last two weeks the tide has turned for the positive for the Cooke Family. Last week I was bodyguarding Keyshia Cole and things went well. I bumped into a few friends that I had worked with previously. One of those friends turned me on to an opportunity that led to major changes this week. On friday I became the newest trainer at Gravity Fitness in Buckhead and to say this gym is absolutely incredible is an understatement. When I say the atmosphere is conducive to training is like McDonalds is conducive to getting fat. Anyway, starting tomorrow night I also begin a new job on Friday and Saturday each week handling the security for a club. And to top it of I signed 3 nre members to Team Hinrg and one for next week. I want to personal thank everyone who sent encouraging posts of support and stepped up during hard times when the light was the dimmest. Thank you. No matter how bad things can get, or we are tested and put thru trials. Stay true to who you are and the faith you need to get thru. Call on your friends and family for support emotionally and there will always be a light to guide you. To my mother and father, I would not have made this if not for your help and love. Thank you. To my wife, I know there was times when u wanted to kick me to the curb but we made it. Now its your turn and next yeae wil be the new Ifbb Pro Cheryl Cooke for the IFBB stage. I love ya all.
