Please take a minute to read this post. Our Newlywed Class at Leatherwood Baptist Church has been given the privilege of contributing to a very important local cause. We will be hosting a car wash fundraiser next Saturday, August 2nd, at the empty lot next to Mi Casita in the Foodland shopping center in Alexandria. All proceeds will go towards purchasing Bibles for students in a Bible As Literature class at a local school. We are very excited to be a part of this and we want the entire local community to join us. We will begin washing at 10:00am on Saturday the 2nd and the price per car is simply a donation of your choice to go toward this cause.
