Please take note of some minor schedule changes. The kids classes starting today will start at 1630 and finish somewhere in the area of 1730 (probably closer to 1715). Heat sessions will start immediately after that. Right now the kids class is for ages 5-12 unless otherwise approved by the coach ahead of time. Parents are encouraged to watch the class. There is no greater trust than when a parent trusts me with their child, I will never take that trust lightly.
