BENEFIT CONCERT FOR MUSIC IN SHERIDAN PUBLIC SCHOOLS With Festival Carolers of Festival Chorale Oregon, directed by Solveig Magnuson Holmquist (SHS, 1962) Sunday, December 8, 2013--3:00 PM Trinity Lutheran Church, 311 SE Schley St. (on Sheridan Rd. east of U.S. Post Office), Sheridan, OR 97378 This annual event sponsored by Sheridan Womens Study Club supports all grade levels music curriculum, choir and band in Sheridan Public Schools. According to Solveig Holmquist, The Sheridan programs need music, instruments, instrument repair, travel help at league and district festival time, sound equipment and the list goes on. The 2012 Benefit Concert helped pay expenses for an SHS choir member selected for the Oregon All State Choir. Donations are TAX-DEDUCTIBLE. Unable to attend the Dec. 8 carol event?
