Please tell me your thoughts... The Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy is for Girls although little African boys need leadership just as much as the girls. Maybe even slightly more.. but hey.. Im male & maybe even a little bias. Just wondering if we placed my focus on Males for the first five years, that would give us the ability to educate, certify, skill 5,000 MEN. Thats 5,000 young men with WORLD Class education in Arts & Sciences. All possessing transferable skills that ensure their viability in Americas workforce. 5,000 Black Men that can compete for that job because the playing field has been leveled! I personally feel we need a massive intervention with very deliberate focus on the descendants of non immigrant African Males, like myself! So, for the first five years this would be an aggressive push towards what I call putting the cap stone back on the pyramid, or you can call it restoring the head of the household. We are going to comb Philadelphia & extract the best and the brightest talent to develop, gradually make Y.E.T.P.A co ed. Do you think this is unfair? Church
