This forced change from prime to standard, increases, significantly out of pocket annual medical costs. The common public, is under the impression of that retired military get free health care. Well, I am now paying an average of $300/month for my free health care (includes me and the Mrs.) versus the $150/month average. How or Why is a Governmental Insurance Plan, legal, to support retired military, discriminate due to geographical freedom of choice to choose where retirees retire? When did Sea to Shining Sea exclude those areas outside a 50 mile diameter of a military base?
