Plenty rants coming from No Side attacking Alex Salmond for their own ill informed reasons especially those who have never been in the same room as him let alone speak to him. I am happy to admit I am very anti Cameron, Blair etc but in a different perspective. The question is, as the focus from those either individually or the Westminster gravy train Elite, if Alex Salmond is so bad why has it taken all the printed press , with the exception of the Sunday Herald, the BBC, STV etc, all three Westminster political party leaders, 100 labour MPs, all the Scottish opposition politicians, most London based banks, large international corporations, several high street retailers, American President, EU politicians to battle and try and counter his vision of a better Britain. This journey we are on will not stop on the 19th. At this stage surely with this onslaught the support for Yes would not even be on the radar. You must ask yourself why is it. I ask the No and undecided voters if the argument for remaining as part of the Political UK is the best outcome, why is there still a debate and not a walk in the park for Better Together. There is huge recognition that the status quo has been defeated, the promises of more taxing raising powers and minor devolution of unnoticeable powers are never going to happen. This referendum is clearly split between those who have vision, prepared to take the decisions, have put their community first against those who have abdicated the responsibility to Westminster and are supporting big multi nationals who have killed the high streets, banks who have raped small family enterprises, and a political class leading us a step closer to another major war. For hundreds of years Scottish people have left their mark across the globe, created the industrial revolution, built the foundations of the American Economy, led from the front in battle. We have served our apprenticeship, built up our international reputation of being leaders in so many fields of enterprise, science, engineering, innovation, music, arts etc etc. It is now our time.
