Plex users, I have a bit of a problem. Im thinking of - TopicsExpress

Plex users, I have a bit of a problem. Im thinking of transitioning fully from XBMC to Plex, but I cant get Plex to play mkv or mpeg-2 files on my HTPC. They play fine through other computers and phones and other devices, so the problem seems to be specifically between Plex and this PC. It doesnt have much power. I cant remember what CPU is in it right now, but its definitely old. Thing is, I can play those files without any problem through XBMC or by just playing them directly with VLC, so the computer is capable of playing them, just now through Plex. I havent found anything in the forums to fix the problem. Anyone have any ideas?
