Plexus truly is amazing! Check out Aprils story! My testimony.... (yep, my very own) I guess I will start with the weight loss part. I am down 43 pounds since starting Plexus and the best part is, I have KEPT IT OFF! I know this because even though there have been weeks where I didnt lose anything there has never ...been a week where I have gained regardless of what Ive eaten and boy you should see what I ate over Christmas and Thanksgiving and all the leftovers. YUM! But there have been bigger and better things Plexus has done for me aside from the weight loss. I no longer take ANY medications. I honestly cant even remember the last time I took Excedrin for a headache, I dont even need that anymore and it seemed like I used to live on it. I no longer deal with heart burn or acid reflux and Ive been on meds for that for years! And I have gotten off all my allergy meds which just blows my mind!!! I used to take Zantac, Claritin, Enablex, Flonase, synthetic thyroid, amphetamine (prescription for chronic fatigue), different depression meds on and off since I was a teen, and probably some others cant think of right now. LOL I no longer have any problems from the following: IBS, pre-diabetes, blood sugar fluctuations, chronic fatigue, depression, allergies, hypothyroidism, overactive bladder, high blood pressure, arthritis & hot flashes. But what truly stunned me was that all symptoms of my endometriosis have vanished!!! I never expected this. I have suffered with it for so long. I was diagnosed with endo at age 16, later I was also diagnosed with PCOS. I have been in, at times, excruciating pain. Pain so severe Ive been to the emergency room thinking I was in major medical trouble. Ive been curled up in the fetal position with a heating pad, loads of ibuprofen and crying with no relief for hours, more times than I care to remember. I have been on birth control more than half my life attempting to control or slow it but have still had to have surgeries (endometrial ablation) and I...
