Plumbing challenge AGAIN - The old women had no hot water. Water heater is fine. Found out the leak is under the concrete slap. So, the only way is to run a pipe in the attic from the water heater in the garage all the way to the kitchen and bathroom. About 20 ft length. And that means I have to crawl through the attic taking the pipes all the way to the bathroom. OH MAN. I looked at it and it is only 2 feet height from the roof. How am I going to fit in there? There are wires crossing everywhere and nails protruding down from the roof. Meaning I have to slide like a snake over the beams and also not putting my weight on the dry wall roof as I might punch a hole or me going down through the roof. OH BOY!!. I put in my mask and started lizard crawl. 10 feet in and the air is heavy and less. Not much ventilation at all. This house was built 30 years ago. I am starting to breathe heavy. And also started feeling claustrophobic. After 40 mins wriggling and twisting around, I finally got the hose down through the bathroom roof. Man. I thought crawling around under the house is worse. Nope. This one is more dangerous. As if something happen to me they have to cut through the roof to get me down. I came home and the white insulation are sticking all over my hair and beard. And my skin was itchy. I guess I was allergic to the white insulation. I dont mind sticking my hand down the toilet hole, but no more crawling through small attic.
