Plus size PCOS - exercise modifier Adding toes to the pull bar to my list. That requires a really strong core and a tummy that doesnt get in the way. Doing these on the floor with an engaged tummy, my tail bone tucked to remove as much gap in my back as possible. Because I was engaged my legs were zipped together so the tummy still gets in the way however my hitching my hips up at the top I removed some of that. I will get there. In no hurry. At my own pace and always challenging my ability. 10 days of working out with 1 rest day in there. Rest day #2 coming up in a few days.
