Safety Alert Fall River police are investigating several suspicious phone calls made to local female Real Estate Agents from a man who had researched their backgrounds and eventually requested to meet them. Read more and stay informed at: on.wcvb/1ynCHiT Save Time and Pay Your 2015 Professional Realtor® Dues On-line Before January 1st. 2015 Realtor® dues invoices were mailed to each Realtors® preferred address on Oct 31st. Dues must be paid by January 1, 2015 to avoid a late fee. If you do not receive your invoice by Nov 7th contact the PASS office (781-826-5139). All Realtors® may securely view and pay their dues invoice on-line via the PASS Website. Be sure to go to the upper right hand corner of the website and click on MEMBER LOG IN and find Pay Dues On Line in the left hand column of the next screen. You will be brought to a screen (see photo on left) where you must log in using your username and password. If you need assistance with this, call the PASS office. Pay on-line using MasterCard, Visa or Amex or print your invoice and mail a check (made payable to PASS) to 48 Schoosett Street, Pembroke, MA 02359 or fax completed invoice to781-826-0329. You are also welcome to drop your payment off in person Monday - Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm . PASS also has a mail slot to the left of the front door in case you miss us during office hours.
