Pnoy and his economic team missed the boat big time ..by 2010 GMA left a modest 5% or so growth..which when supported by local and global conditions grew by about 5% at least for over 3 years.That as compounded went well over 7.0 and was good until a growing & faster consuming economy hit the ceiling of basic infrastructurres. .like the roads MRT power airports and government services for health security safety education communications food security etc etc . GMA cannot be the scapegoat anymore after year 1.Pnoy has no one to blame and should look into the mirror this time.
