Poem: Saras to Tame Delight Play me, wont you? An instrument divinely inspired My strings made for you. Play me, wont you? Grab ahold, With selfless passion Use your fingers, Press with hardened tips Strum over me, Making our own rhythm Listen for the moan Play me, wont you? Blessed notes, Over skin they float. Drag your lips across the throat Play me, wont you? Say youve not forgotten Inate primal talent? What with my body Should you continue neglect? Breath into me Straighten bent notes. In tune I could be, Your instrument to produce Unique harmony. Play me, wont you? Listen to my voice change Tighten my strings from Headstock, Over hollowed hole, Secured to the bridge. Play me, wont you? Make me ready, You may fret over time away Pleasure comes when Commitment produces an intimate song. Play me, wont you? Or will time continue To pass? Dust settling over a shiny Cherished past Losing connected vibes Voiceless without use Stored away All I am, locked In Case.
