Poetic Lament 6 of 30 Welcome to my poetic laboratory. Sit back while I tell you a story. God formed every beast of the field and every fowl of the air. Read Genesis Chapter 2 because it is written right there. God brought the fowl and beast to Adam to be named, So when you do not name your poems you should be ashamed. God felt like everything He created should be named, And for those of you not naming your poems, I hope He does not feel the same. A name sets the poem up and then sets the poem apart. Names identify a poem, so give your poem its identity from the start. Who creates something without giving it a name? Why paint a picture if you are not going to put it into a frame? It is like having a paragraph on a sheet of paper all by its self, really, who is reading that? A book with no title remains on the shelf. Even when a child is born they automatically get your last name, half the work is accomplished so stop being lame. WOW, you are smart enough to create a new poetic piece of art, but you are not creative enough to name it and set it apart. If it is that difficult and traumatic then let me offer some assistance, just give your creation the name of your opening sentence. Name your poems and give them life because it is smart. Name your poems so you can at least tell them apart. I am not trying to fight or have an argument, that is why I wrote this issue in my poetic lament. James Mr. Speaker Sears, Jr. 6 April 2014
