Poetry Poetry is more than just an hobby... Its my Working Identity. Poetry is the food that feeds the starving child and man in me. Poetry helps me figure out if im happy or sad, angry or depressed. Poetry is the release of my subconscious mind that sends my imagination straight to my soul telling my spirit to blaze brighter than the sun. Poetry is my art room, each word has its own unique color and when they all come together they make an masterpiece that could match an Monet & Van Gogh... Poetry is the blood that travels from my heart throughout my body, letting me know that Im the pen and the universe is my paper. Poems are more than words, more than songs, more than history, more than a job, and more than just a hobby... Their more than just you and more than just me, poems to me are the keys to love, the door and underground railroad to freedom, the gateways to passion and compassion, but most of all poetry is my shelter in the storm, my souls foundation, my spirits fuze, my bodies motherboard, and my minds teleporter...
