Poimen Hughes BELOVED, THERE IS NOTHING BIBLICAL ABOUT HALLOWEEN; IN FACT IT DIRECTLY CONTRADICTS THE WORD OF GOD. There are many that profess Christianity but still operate in the worldly system. Halloween is a day that is set aside to dress up as not only goblins and witches but also devils in demons, then trick or treating at night; and does the complete opposite of 1 Thessalonians 5:21-22, which reads; 21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. 22 Abstain from all appearance of evil. If your life is not changing, if this world keeps putting you in a choke hold, its probably because you wont divorce it. Today is the day in which you need to make your mind up to separate yourselves from the things of this worldly system. I have not mentioned one thing about Halloween in church. Im not condoning no harvest day, late night praise night, giving candy to our children and allowing them to dress up so they dont feel left out or none of the above to acknowledge something that God did not ordain. This is my only posting about Halloween because too many Christians are celebrating a day that God does not approve of. Chose ye this day, who you will serve.
