Point Nepean was buzzing last Sunday as thousands of people came along to experience the biannual Portsea Craft Market held amongst the historic buildings of the Quarantine Station. Parks Victoria also welcomed over 140 members from the Burmese Muslim Community whose trip was organised through the Springvale Community Aid and Advice Bureau. Their day visit took them to Fort Nepean and the Quarantine Station, as well as experiencing the Portsea Craft Market. For most it was their first experience of a national park since arriving in Australia. Come back soon!
