Leave aside that, they didnt even consult on the issue first and did a one sided story. Running out of stories? It doesnt mean that you can write any bullshits or one sided stories. Its pure defamation and the above point excerpted from Kuensel means that the Paper is also not favoring the Courts verdict. Where is the statement from the court? Where is the statement from the Journalist management? If such is the case, we too have so many stories which can literally shutdown Kuensel and put them on their toes. Just being a state owned paper doesnt mean that they can write anything against others. It is pure defamation and The Journalist can charge them for that. We as a private owned media are struggling to meet our ends meet and on the other hand, Kuensel goes on writing stories at their whims because in anyways, they get Paid at the end of the month no matter what they write or do.
