Pole Theatre UK was an incredible experience to be a part of! Maddie and I wanted to create a competition that celebrates performance and creativity, and gives pole artists an opportunity to display their varied and many skills and talents on stage. Its a celebration of all the incredible diversity and beauty of our pole community, and Pole Theatre UK exceeded all my expectations. Congratulations to the winners and all the competitors for being so inspiring, thank you to the judges, the helpers backstage for all their work in making it a smooth event, the sponsors, X-Pole for the incredibly sturdy poles, and of course Stacey Snedden for organising the UK version of Pole Theatre. I really feel like we shared something special over the past weekend. So much talent on one place!
