Poles were erected but we dont have electricity and getting bills, Pls help us Rakesh Rai from Surguja district in Chhattisgarh has met with some villagers from Pargadhi village of Singitana panchayat of Lakhanpur block who are running pillar to post for their problem. The villagers say some poles were erected 2 years ago but they do not have any electricity in their 45 houses but they are getting bills. Electricity officers are telling them they need to go to Rajiv Gandhi dept ( Rajiv Gandhi rural electrification program).Pls help.
