Police Advise Nhulunbuy Residents of Nhulunbuy and surrounding areas are advised of two wide loads being moved from the Sea Swift Boat ramp on Drimmie head Road through to the RTA Mine site near the Gove Airport. The move will take place from approximately 12.00 pm on Tuesday the 27th January and should be completed by 3.00 pm the same day. The route being taken will be from the Sea Swift barge landing on Drimmie Head Road, north along Drimmie Head road to Melville Bay road, a right turn onto Melville Bay Road and from there to The Mine site. Nhulunbuy Police request all drivers to be vigilant, obey all Police directions and be prepared for short interruptions whilst on the Drimmie Head and Melville Bay Roads during the above times. Your cooperation is appreciated.
