Police Interrupt Home Burglary in Tracy Tracy, Calif. – On May 15, 2014, at roughly 12 p.m., the Tracy Police Department received a call from a concerned homeowner who had seen a group of young men knock on her front door and enter her backyard. The situation quickly escalated as the suspects broke into the home. Several Tracy police motorcycle units responded to the home in the 100 block of Nabor Lane as the crime was in progress. The suspects attempted to flee, but were quickly arrested by officers who had surrounded the area. One suspect was taken into custody as he ran from officers near the intersection of Corral Hollow and Schulte Roads. The other two suspects were taken into custody as they attempted to flee the scene. The suspects were identified as 19-year-old Terrick Alexander, 18-year-old Richard Douglas, and 18-year-old Daniel Perez. The three male suspects are being booked at San Joaquin County Jail on multiple felony charges.
