Police Investigate Armed Robbery on Park Ave On Monday, December, 29, 2014 at approximately 7:48 PM Worcester police were called to EbLens located at 645 Park Ave for a report of an armed robbery. Upon arrival, officers met with a store employee who stated that a male suspect entered the business brandishing a gun. The suspect threatened the employee and demanded cash from the register. The employee handed over an undisclosed of money that the suspect placed in a black and white plastic bag. The suspect was last seen running towards Arby’s fast food restaurant. The suspect is described as a White male, possibly between the age of 30-40 years old, and was a wearing fake beard. There were no reported injuries. Police continue to investigate.
