Police Protocol: Officer Darren Wilson will NOT be convicted - TopicsExpress

Police Protocol: Officer Darren Wilson will NOT be convicted for the Murder of Mike Brown The officer gave a directive: Get out of the street The directive was NOT obeyed: Mike and his friend said We are less than a minute from our destination AND did NOT get out of the street as directed At this point the officer is allowed to use physical force or other means in order for the directive to be obeyed. The officer used his vehicle to block Mike and then the physical fight began. Once physical resistance occurred the officer is licensed to use any force at his disposal to terminate the resistance. Terminate the Resistance translates as shoot to kill ...empty the clip Officer Wilson acted within Police Protocol and therefore will not be convicted of Murder BUT Darren Wilson CAN be convicted of multiple CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS. But Eric Holder and the Feds can not start the Civil Rights Violations case until the criminal case is done. So lets stop putting time and energy into what will not happen because of Police Protocol... DaBoss
