Police and Fire department personnel from the area have put their physical strength to the test for a great cause. Last weekend, law enforcement officers from around the area gathered at the XFinity Center to participate in the third annual Fire Truck Pull. Teams of officers and volunteers competed to see who can pull several thirty five thousand pound fire trucks the greatest distance. The event was part The Law Enforcement Torch Run Program which raises money for the Massachusetts Special Olympics.
