Police are appealing for public assistance following a break and enter at Strathfield where a large amount of cash and jewellery was stolen. Between 5.45pm and 7.15pm yesterday (Friday 23 May 2014), an unknown person/s has forced entry into a house on Pemberton Street. A large amount of cash and jewellery was stolen. Police from Flemington Local Area Command have commenced and investigation, and are urging anyone with any information to come forward. Police are urging anyone with information about this incident to call Auburn Detective’s or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or use the Crime Stoppers online reporting page: https://www1.police.nsw.gov.au/.
