Police arrest and charge one over Northmead Pf violence. Police in lusaka have arrested and charged Mr Innocent Kalimisha aged 32 years of chawama compound for assault and malicious damagd of property. This is in connection with the incident,that happened on sunday 1st September,2013 at Northmead secondary school. Acting police relations officer Rae hamoonga,confirmed the development. Mr Hamoonga explained that Mr Innocent Kalimisha has been charged with five counts of assault, contrary to section 248 and three counts of malicious damage,of proparty contrary to section 335 sub-section 1 of the penal code of the laws of zambia. He has since been released on police bond and he is sechduled to appear in court tomorrow 4th sepetember,2013.
