Police in Kampala are holding a man who allegedly conned four million shillings from a student of Nkumba University in Entebbe. Kampala Metropolitan police spokesperson Patrick Onyango says Vicent Byarugaba a resident of Nateete Kigaga zone in Rubaga division fraudulently obtained the money from Annet Babirye promising to get her a VISA to the United Kingdom but disappeared after he got the cash. Onyango says the suspect was arrested yesterday at Garden city.
