Police in West Lothian are appealing for information to help trace a 47-year-old man who has been reported missing. David Rogers was last seen at his home in Ladywell at 8am on Thursday morning, 22 January, but has not made contact with family or friends since this time. Anyone who can help establish his current whereabouts is asked to come forward. David is described as being white, 5ft 7inches tall and of medium build, with short blonde receding hair. He was last seen wearing a puffy camouflage print jacket with hood, a black polo shirt, black trousers, black gloves and grey Nike trainers and riding a black Broughton pushbike, which had a black bag on the front with reflective strips. Inspector Myles Marshall said: “This is out of character for David, and we are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare. David works in the Sighthill area of Edinburgh, so also knows this area well and I ask anyone who thinks they may have seen him to contact us immediately. We are eager to reunite David with his family as soon as possible and if David sees this appeal I urge him to get in touch.” Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland as soon as possible on 101.
