Police in a Tokyo suburb arrested a man for stealing a woman’s underwear after breaking into her apartment. When they went to the suspect’s home, they found around 170 pieces of underwear and other women’s clothing. Police arrested 38-year-old Manabu Hara after locals found him trying to peep into the bathroom of a nearby residence. Police say Hara confessed to stealing the items. Hara apparently said stress from work made him do it.
