Arturo Mabag, 69, wanted for rape, was arrested on Wednesday evening by the Police Regional Special Operations Group headed by Inspector Constantino Jabonete, Jr. in the outskirts of Barangay Canduyucan, San Sebastian, Samar. Jabonete said Mabag had been in hiding for 16 years.
