*** Polio- free Bangladesh **** Yesterday Bangladesh and ten other Asian countries have been declared officially polio- free by the World Health Organization (WHO). Polio free ten other countries are Bhutan, Korea, India, Indonesia, The Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Timor leste. Of the 37 polio cases reported in 2014 by Southeast Asian region of WHO. 29 were in Pakistan and 3 in Afghanistan. Bangladesh found its last case in 2006. Thanks Rotary International to massively supported to eradicate Polio all over the world.
