Polite Customer Notice - Here at My Salon myself & my Girls aim to give 100% Service, with regards to Styles Cuts & Colours. However it is not always achievable on your first visit as many of our products for lifting/lightening hair, ie: bleach can cause damage to your hair from over using it & obviously from a hairdressers point of view they will not want to cause unnessesary damage to your hair, anyone going from reds/purples very dark colours to light/blonde (ombré, colour stripping you are not always going to get the desired look at once therefore future appointments are made, & each stylist decides which way they do this as they are all self employed x Refund Policy - If clients are not happy with their Hair they must say before leaving the Salon & arrangements will be made to sort any problems you have as we thrive on giving all our customers 100% x WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS x
