Political Season in Louisiana: The Most Merciless Time of the Year This post is intended to be nonpartisan. I wish to share this bit of campaign literature that I received in the mail solely for its hilarity and what I deem to be its considerable comedic value. I feel quite certain Landrieu detractors will agree with this piece’s premise wholeheartedly while supporters will view it as a sign of right wing desperation and dirty tricks. Assuming this assumption holds true, the flyer is rendered worthless as a political tool as it simply solidifies preconceived notions on both sides and sways no one.
