The Southern leaders of peaceful southern movement called all the protesters in southern areas, as well as civil society organizations, to intensify protests in favour of southern captive Ahmed Omar al-Markashi (Al-Ayyam Guard) together with the appeal on his 3rd trial at the Court on Wednesday morning, December 10, 2014 in the Court of appeal in the Yemeni capital Sanaa. The Yemeni Supreme Court has re-filed the case of southern captive (al-mrkshi) to appeal Court of Appeal on 19 / January 2013 and have held two sessions without the presence of prisoners al-Markashi lawyer. The newspaper judicial which is issued daily by the Ministry of Justice of Yemen had previously been published in the issue dated 10th January 2014, the list of judicial verdicts which includes the sentence of captive prisoner, Ahmed Omar al-Abadi Al-Markashi issued on 19 December 2013, to be executed. The same newspaper reported that the judgment of the Supreme Court in Sanaa which came as a surprise to the captive (al-Markashi) and his family includes order to Attorney General to act as soon as possible, and not necessary to appear before the court, late it seems found to be the political judgment to execute captive (almrkshi) who held in central jail on the trail of renown case (guard Al-Ayyam newspaper issue) in revenge of Newspaper Al-Ayyam and its publications.
