Politics and Politicians: The American dream is work hard, follow the rules and maybe one day your dreams will come true. I see folks doing their hardest to work for the people, through the voice of the people, like Jeanne Kohl-Welles. I applaud all of those who continue fighting for the will of the people under the American Constitution. That being said, I will continue to do my due-diligence as a law abiding citizen to air corruption so good people dont get hurt by those will ill intent, who are not in compliance of the Constitution and Washington State Legislation. The DOR intends to collect taxes, and back taxes for medical marijuana businesses in Washington State. Problem being, the DOR have no authority as they have not followed proper steps in adopting such rules (RCW 82.01.050); there being no such thing as a medical marijuana business written into legislation for the State of Washington as per RCW Titles 18-28A and RCW 69.51a which does not constitute collective gardens a a means of business or revenue stream. Without the Department of Revenue proceeding with proper legislative processes, to adopt ruling over Medical Marijuana Businesses in Washington State, and language existing to residents stating that peoples of the state may in fact open a Medical Marijuana Business in compliance to the Revised Code of Washington, the Department of Revenue is in DIRECT VIOLATION of the US CONSTITUTION Article 1, Section 9, Clause 3; which states NO EX POST FACTO LAW SHALL BE PASSED.
