Purchased 5 litres of gearbox oil to see if it would cure the whining but since then I have bought myself another car. Bonnet and wing has been keyed before I bought the car, but never had the time or money to get the panels sprayed. Front bumper has scuffs from inconsiderate takeaway drivers at my old work car park. Exhaust has a slight rattle but I suspect its just the backbox which has come off one of the hangers.
