Pony really tried hard to figure out how to get into the water, but the distractions, water temp, and weather all seemed to be working against him. He wasnt able to get in the water, other than a few jumps when we first got there. While we didnt get the jumps in we wanted, we were able to spend all day in a tight space surrounded with other high energy dogs. Pony kept his focus on me, would listen to command and take treats. He even played with his toy on the dock during practice. We are still working on putting all the pieces together! And tomorrow we will try to jump one more time and practice a lot more. Im proud of pony and he got rewarded with some duck necks and is now sleeping soundly!
