Pool Tip: Keep your cue level (dont raise the back end). If you raise the back end of your cue, you are likely to jump the white ball & miss the shot. Many beginner players deliberately raise the back end of their cue in order to get back spin. A better way to get back spin is to keep your cue level and aim the cue tip below centre on the white ball on the vertical axis (aim for the middle on the horizontal axis).
