Poor Polly. She spent the afternoon at the vets. She had a gaping cut Mike said that exposed her hip bone. I watched Mike and Bernie work together stitching her up. After thoroughly cleaning the wound they pulled the flesh together so that each side of the slice met. They knitted her together again! They were so kind to her concerned for her comfort and aware of complications that might occur as she begins to heal. Just wanted to thank them for such a great job. Polly is resting quietly on her bed right now sucking on a milk bone. Please pray this sweet dog heals quickly and has not only a scar, but a smarter dog -- DONT CHASE CARS!!!
