Poor doggies, I went out to feed this morning and the horses were all watching intently in the back pasture, I saw a lot of movement back there, so grabbed the lunge whip and ran into the back and there were a pack of dogs! I chased them out, 2 small breed, a medium size mix and a larger pit mix. The pit mix had a really hard time getting out, and honestly just looked really scared. None of them had collars on. I had no way to contain them even if I could catch them. When the dogs were gone, I looked back and all the horses were standing there watching me, necks up like giraffes, and a look of did you get em? Haha, more than 1000 pounds each and all scared in a bunch. Prey, predator, protector. We all have our roles I guess.
