Poor quality education remains the single most important cause of unemployment in Nigeria - poor quality education. Imagine if your son or daughter were put in a class where this teacher has to develop their thinking? The result will be catastrophic! While thousands of well educated and intelligent young men and women are walking the streets jobless, a lady who cannot read and write is employed to train the next generation of Nigerias leaders. Nigeria has yet to take a critical step in tackling the cause of unemployment. And until we do just that, our nation will continue to produce militants instead of leaders.
