Portland, OR - Residents in area of Lobelia/Capitol Hwy please check yards/bushes/decks/stairs for our missing, injured K-9. Call 911. THE K-9 WAS FOUND DECEASED. He may have been wounded and possibly in distress, therefore do not approach. His handler was injured and is being treated after a shooting this morning.
