Responsibility: Driving the agents (new recruits as well as existing agents) to achieve premium targets & also driving them to increase their productivity Should be able to identify & recruit fresh insurance agents from the market Relationship management / servicing the agents Driving a team of Agency developers towards the above mentioned responsibilities Help in coordinating and initiating training for new agents and facilitate the licensing of agents (IRDA) *Good communication skills, Strong convincing ability.
