The candidate must enable systems for efficient production of biscuits/Chocolates/Wafers/Jam/Jelly in the most hygienic and modern and cost efficient way. 2. To look after all aspects of current production, logistics, manpower, training, supply chain, QCM. 3. To look after Process Re-engineering. 4. Follow up with Purchase, Imports, Planning, and Production & Quality control department to get the plan completed within the stipulated period. 5. Generating weekly, monthly reports from respective departments. 6. Would be Responsible for timely execution & coordination with various contractors/vendors and project planning dept, responsible for completion of work / supplies within targeted time and contract value. 7. Would be Responsible for the P & L of the Business. 8. Play a key role in the capability development of the team members. 9. Need to Drive improvement in plant Quality and Food Safety systems. 10. To bring a modernization to the production facilities mainly concerned with biscuit, potato crackers and chocolate production 11.
