Experience: - 3-5 yrs CTC: - 4-5 Lakhs per annum including 15% variable pay Candidates from any manufacturing or engineering unit preferred Major Deliverables:- • Analyzing company Financial Statements in detail including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. • Analyzing Financial Statements to ascertain company profitability and for future analysis. • Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports, using computer. • Preparing Debt Schedule, Depreciation Schedule, Equity Schedule and Working Capital Schedule. • Apply proper application of valuation and reconciliation methods and techniques like Comparable Company Analysis, Transaction multiples & forecasting. • Financial Data collection and analysis primarily on Secondary Research. • Worked on comparative analysis of Client companies with its competitors. • Preparation of detailed business valuation models. • Forecasting future performance by using excel functions such as FORECAST, TREND, etc • Reporting to management in order to provide brief overview of the process on weekly, monthly basis and MIS.
