Position description: The Service Coordination department has an opportunity for a Medicaid Service Coordinator to join their team. Medicaid Service Coordinators offer support to individuals living in a variety of settings within the community, and assist individuals/families in accessing appropriate programs, benefits, and other opportunities which improve quality of life. Candidates must be able to work independently and in a team environment, and be flexible to meet program needs. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a Health or Human Services field and have either a minimum one year of experience working with people with a developmental disability or one year experience working as a service coordinator with any population. Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in other fields will be considered with proof of a minimum 20 credits in Human Services related courses. Individuals must have a valid driver’s license and personal, reliable transportation, and be physically able to perform the duties of the job
