Position: Business Development Manager Duties and responsibilities: • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business • Research and build relationships with corporate clients. • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels • Analyze industry trends on where to find qualified company leads • Establish short and long term strategies for generating and qualifying sales leads • Utilize creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to proactively develop new ideas and/or creative marketing programs to stimulate customer interest and demand, resulting in new approaches to prospecting and lead generation. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience, Master’s Degree preferred • 2+ Years management experience, with a proven track record of building a great working environment • Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs • Azerbaijan, English, Russian • Knowledge of 1C ’s features and limitations Salary: 7000AZN Candidates who are interested in this vacancy, please, visit kandidat.az website and apply to it.
